What happens after the free trial ends?

When your trial ends, you’ll need to subscribe to continue using PTC. Without a subscription, you’ll still be able to view your existing translations, but you won’t be able to create new ones.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

Yes. We process payments through Stripe, so you can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit or debit cards.

Do I need to provide a credit card to start the free trial?

No, you don’t need to provide a credit card or any payment method to start your free 30-day trial. You’ll only need to add payment details to purchase a subscription.

Can I add/remove users?

PTC lets you add or remove users at any time. Each active user is billed at 30€ per month. If you remove a user, their seat will not be billed in the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
