When does the free trial end?
The free trial ends when you translate 2,500 words into two languages. Once you’ve used this balance, you’ll need to activate Pay-As-You-Go to continue translating.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes. We process payments through Stripe, so you can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit or debit cards.
Do I need to provide a credit card to start the free trial?
No, you don’t need to provide a credit card or any payment method to start your free trial. You’ll only need to add payment details when you’re ready to activate Pay-As-You-Go.
How is Pay-As-You-Go pricing calculated?
The more you translate, the lower your per-word rate becomes. For example:

Yes. With Pay-As-You-Go, there’s no commitment. You’re only charged for what you translate, and the first 500 words are free each month. If you translate less, you pay nothing.
You can also deactivate Pay-As-You-Go anytime from your Billing & Payment page, and reactivate it when you need it again.
