The PTC translation tool, this website, and all related services are provided by the OnTheGoSystems company. By using them, you agree to the terms and conditions presented below.

Using Your PTC Account

When you purchase a PTC subscription or start a free trial, you get access to a PTC account.

Free Trial: During your free trial, you have unlimited access to all PTC features, including the ability to add an unlimited number of users. The free trial ends after 30 days, and you must get a paid subscription to continue using PTC.

Subscription: When you purchase a subscription, you enjoy access to all PTC features. Your monthly bill is determined on a per-seat basis by the number of users you have added.

Connecting Repositories

To use PTC, you must connect it to your repositories and provide read and write access. This access is required to allow PTC to detect changes and translate your resource files.

PTC maintains this access to ensure it can deliver translation updates. PTC does not make changes to your resource files directly or access other parts of your repository beyond what is necessary for translations.

Adding Other People To Your Account

PTC allows you to add users to your account and assign them specific roles. Available roles include Project Manager, Developer, and Organization Admin. The Organization Admin role grants full access to your account.

PTC subscriptions operate on a per-seat basis, meaning each user you add (except those assigned the Payments Manager role) counts as a seat and will be billed accordingly. For more details, refer to the PTC Billing section.

PTC Billing

PTC subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of seats in your account. A “seat” refers to any user role with access to PTC, except for the free Payments Manager role.

Billing and payment details are accessible only to users with the roles of Payments Manager, Project Manager, or Organization Admin.

Canceling Subscription

To ensure PTC meets your needs, we recommend starting with a free 30-day trial before committing to a paid subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being billed for the following month.

Losing Access To PTC Features

You have full access to PTC during a billing period you’ve paid for or during the 30 days of a free trial. Your account will be put on hold in the next billing period as a result of:

Canceling your subscription
Free trial expiring (without upgrading to paid subscription)
Not renewing your monthly subscription
Payment failing

In these cases, you can still log into your account and view existing projects. However, you won’t be able to:

Connect new projects
Translate projects
Generate new merge requests to apply translation edits in your software
Enable PTC to monitor repositories and automatically provide translation updates

Any paid roles you’ve assigned will completely lose access to their account and won’t be able to log in.

You can restore full access if you renew or purchase a PTC subscription. Your payment details need to be updated and any outstanding balance successfully processed.

Fair Usage Policy

Each PTC login is intended for use by a single individual. If multiple people need access to PTC, you must invite them to your account and assign appropriate roles.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates this policy.

Restrictions on Resale and Redistribution of PTC

You cannot resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to PTC to third parties. In other words, you cannot:

Offer access to PTC as part of a bundled service or package (e.g., “subscribe to our service and get access to PTC”) unless it’s a part of a special agreement with us.
Sell or distribute PTC access, credentials, or services to any third party.
Use PTC as part of a commercial service to provide translation services on behalf of third parties unless it’s part of a special agreement with us.

PTC is a proprietary SaaS tool, and any unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.
